SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Non-monogrammed items will ship within 24 hours of order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of monogrammed items, as well as custom made clothing and bags.

RETURN POLICY

Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless they were grossly misrepresented or the monogram is wrong. In these cases, items must be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund.

Any information collected on this web site, including your email address is for internal purposes only and will not be sold or shared with any outside parties.

PAYMENT

Melissa's Monogramming accepts credit card payments through PayPal.com, a secure site that does not require an account. Checks and money orders are also accepted and should be made payable to Melissa's Monogramming and mailed to 164 Edwards Rd. West Monroe, LA 71292. If you choose to pay by check, your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared.

NORTHEAST LOUISIANA RESIDENTS

 Pick-up and delivery can be arranged by emailing mt@melissasmonogrammingonline.com or calling 318-355-7592. Please choose "NE Louisiana" at check-out when prompted to so that you will not be charged for shipping.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need an item by a certain date, please email mt@melissasmonogrammingonline.com before placing your order to make sure it can be completed in time.
